While our team has the expertise to make all the new designs, at same time we also extend all necessary support to all the design needs of our customers .
Our Design and development team has a dedicated sample room where in all samples are made in priority so that our customers are able to get the samples with quality on time.
Our skilled and experienced work forces are able to cater to all requirements as requested by the customer and they are headed by personal who are widely experienced. Quality control inspection is done at every cutting machine so any defective piece are weeded out at the initial stage itself thereby setting the quality standard from the initial stages itself.
Our Pre-fitting and upper lines are all automated, all the uppers comes out on time with the required quality. Further here too we have quality control stage inspection at every level to maintain the quality while taking the required output out from the line. Presently we have a capacity to make 800 - 1000 pairs of upper per day depending upon the style. For larger orders we have separate arrangements with exclusive units that work only for us and we can scale up the production up to 2000 pairs a day. Further we also have captive units to enhance the production output meeting all quality standards for quick delivery.
Like our upper lines out bottoming lines too are automated and needless to say here too we have quality control stage inspection at various stages before the final product is thoroughly inspected and packed .
